To initiate a return, within 14 calendar days of delivery, return your item to our address below and contact our customer support team at: support@hedssolutions.com to confirm the return.

Return the new and unopened items to us within 14 calendar days after delivery.

For any product worth more than $ 10, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Any returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received and in the original packaging. Keep the receipt of the email.

Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid returns or exchanges.
• ●
Due to the personalized nature of some of our handmade products, we are unable to accept returns / exchanges or offer a refund for any Custom handmade items.
• ●
You cannot accept returns through rejected or rejected packages, abandoned packages and packages returned outside the designated return process (see above for the designated return process).

We encourage customers to carefully read our Return Policy and to make sure that all items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.

We provide in-store credit only for items purchased with a discount or discount code of 25% or more from our total retail price.

Due to the personalized nature of some of our handmade products, we are unable to accept returns / exchanges or offer a refund for any handmade item. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days of the date we receive your return at our return address (listed above).

Any returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received and in the original packaging. Keep the receipt of the email.

We provide a refund for your original payment method for all full-price items.

Exchanges are provided through store credit only for eligible items.

We do not provide a return label or pay for returns

Items must be in their new and unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or returned to you at your own expense.

All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Purchased gift cards and store credit issued by HED’S SOLUTIONS cannot be exchanged or refunded. All shipping charges and government taxes are non-refundable.

Cancellations are accepted only for full price items, within 60 minutes after the order is placed. Please, if you have to cancel your order for any reason, contact us immediately at support@hedssolutions.com if you can cancel within the given time. We process orders as quickly as possible, so cancellations are time sensitive.

The Terms and Conditions of our Return Policy prevail in the event of a communication failure or otherwise.
